The cost of the design includes the cost of developing the project and its further implementation: purchasing and planting plants, selecting and installing irrigation/lighting equipment, earthworks (leveling the area, bringing soil/sand, etc.), laying the lawn. The cost of the project is calculated individually and depends on the area, height difference, and existing or planned buildings.
It depends on the availability of an approved project and seasonality. We do not recommend planting plants in the summer, as this leads to the death of plants. We recommend developing a landscaping project in the winter, and starting work in early spring. In the summer, carry out work not related to landscaping: paving, earthworks, digging trenches for communications (irrigation / lighting).
A comprehensive landscape project consists of a landscaping concept that reflects all the wishes of the customer. The concept is the visual component of the project (general plan with zoning and 3D visualization), as well as working documentation: dendrological list of plants, planting drawings, paving schemes and designs, geodetic drawings of the territory, water drainage and drainage plan, installation diagrams, automatic irrigation and lighting schemes, as well as installation diagrams and equipment selection and necessarily estimate documentation for all types of work provided for in the project.
We provide a guarantee for landscaping, provided that we have installed an automatic irrigation system, as well as when concluding a contract for regular maintenance of the territory. If the plants die due to the company's fault, we undertake to remove the damaged plants and plant new ones at our own expense.
A project is necessary for the quality performance of landscaping work. Without a project, it is impossible to accurately calculate the cost of work and the exact amount of material required. Landscaping work without a project leads to gross errors in landscape design, as well as problems with automatic irrigation, incorrect selection of plants for a specific area, etc.
It depends on the complexity and scale of the project. In our practice, there are projects with areas of more than 1 hectare that we managed to complete in 20 days. But there are also objects that we manage much longer - several months or even years, because it is so convenient for customers.
